Our Return Policy

We're hoping you love it all, but if something isn't quite right....

At Salty & Soulful we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, because without that you wouldn't come back and you certainly would not tell your friends about us.  So If for any reason you do not love your clothing or jewelry purchase or the fit isn't just right you have 10 days from the date of purchase, if it was a mail order, for your return to be postmarked back to us or 5 "open boutique" days from date of purchase if it was an in store purchase.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags attached. We make refunds in the form of an exchange or store credit. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser, sorry ladies!  Accessories such as hats, scarves, undergarments, spa accessories and candles are final sales.   We carefully check each piece of merchandise before it leaves our hands and falls into yours in hopes that it's just perfect so when you receive it, you'll love it!
